Heat until the mixture reaches 240 degrees. Mix well with a whisk and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. In a 2 quart saucepan, combine the sugar, half and half, salt, and corn syrup. Stir mixture over simmering water until melted and smooth. Combine all ingredients except butter and vanilla. In the top of a double-boiler, add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and sweetened condensed milk. Labeling/Branding: all fudge comes with a Hayward Gourmet emblem on the top of the plastic container, a product identification / ingredient label on the front-facing side and the bottom of the plastic container. Line an 8 inch baking pan with lightly buttered parchment.
